5 Minutes to Reset
If you often feel your body your body getting stiff after and in between exercise sessions this may be due to the lack of movement in the muscles and joints. We want to try keep our bodies moving as often as possible to keep the joints fluid and improve blood flow.
Take 5 minutes today to follow these stretches.
Perform each stretch for 15-20 seconds on each side.
Knee to chest
Upper body rotation in chair
Arms overhead
Wrist stretch
Sit to stands
Leg extensions holding the chair
Lastly, take 5 deep breaths to reset before getting back to your work.
