Services

All PH Therapy programmes are tailored to fit each client’s lifestyle, ensuring optimal adherence and consistent results.

Programmes are delivered in person, however, online programmes are also available upon request.

We use a thorough assessment process to plan and validate our programmes, with a focus on key measures that represent true health improvement. Assessments are typically conducted with each client every 12 weeks. Standalone health assessments and consultations are also available upon request.

A full Lifestyle Programme with a PH Therapy Exercise Physiologist includes:

  • An initial health assessment to establish and plan your programme goals

  • 2 x 1-2-1 exercise coaching sessions per week, at your home or other preferred location (we operate across London)

  • Bespoke additional weekly exercise guidance and activity goals

  • Ad-hoc nutritional guidance - while we are not nutritionists however, we will provide support on how to achieve a healthy and balanced diet. We also have links with registered nutritionists should you need further support.

  • Screening and tracking of key physiological metrics (such as blood pressure and heart rate) pre-, during and post-exercise

  • A heart rate monitor and guidance on how to use heart rate as a tool to moderate exercise intensity

  • In-depth reports, summarising each health assessment

  • Access to full-time remote support and lifestyle advice

  • Regular updates and communication with your consultant upon request

Corporate Education Sessions

The Health & Safety Executive reports the number of people suffering work-related illness has reached 1.8 million, an increase of 100% since 2022 (Health & Safety Executive, Nov 2022).

As AHCS Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologists, we have been asked to present to employees of several corporate organisations how beneficial exercise can be as a tool to manage stress. This service has become more popular in line with the rise in work-related health conditions across the UK.

We are passionate about informing as many people as possible of the positive impacts of exercise and sharing strategies on how workforces can become more active. Increased activity can lead to many benefits, including improved employee health, engagement, and productivity as well as decreased absenteeism and presenteeism. Although increasing activity levels can take many forms, in 2014 a group of studies evaluated the effect of tailored exercise on employee health risk factors. Positive effects of the intervention included increased muscle strength, decreased neck pain, and improved blood pressure (Gisela Sjøgaard et al 2014)

We understand each audience is different and to reflect this all of our presentations are bespoke. In preparation, we will work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure we meet the specific needs of each audience.
