Our approach bridges the gap between physiotherapy and strength and conditioning. All our programmes are tailored and bespoke to each individual. For clients managing chronic conditions, we guide them to regain strength and confidence in their daily lives. For those recovering from illness or injury, we help them rebuild, not just physically but emotionally. For clients aiming to maintain peak health, we deliver innovative, science-backed programmes that enhance vitality and resilience
Programmes are delivered in person or online.

Corporate Education Sessions
The Health & Safety Executive reports the number of people suffering work-related illness has reached 1.8 million, an increase of 100% since 2022 (Health & Safety Executive, Nov 2022).
As AHCS Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologists, we have been asked to present to employees of several corporate organisations how beneficial exercise can be as a tool to manage stress. This service has become more popular in line with the rise in work-related health conditions across the UK.
We are passionate about informing as many people as possible of the positive impacts of exercise and sharing strategies on how workforces can become more active. Increased activity can lead to many benefits, including improved employee health, engagement, and productivity as well as decreased absenteeism and presenteeism. Although increasing activity levels can take many forms, in 2014 a group of studies evaluated the effect of tailored exercise on employee health risk factors. Positive effects of the intervention included increased muscle strength, decreased neck pain, and improved blood pressure (Gisela Sjøgaard et al 2014)
We understand each audience is different and to reflect this all of our presentations are bespoke. In preparation, we will work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure we meet the specific needs of each audience.
