Reaching New Heights

Over the Easter weekend, Ben embarked on a holiday with a twist, flying to Morocco to climb Mt. Toubkal in the Atlas Mountains , soaring 4,000 metres above sea level.

This marked Ben's first adventure into mountaineering. For three days without technology and sparing electricity, they had nothing but themselves to keep them company. 

All of us love staying active in our downtime and getting into nature and science has proven the powerful physical and mental benefits that come from it. 

We know that staying active doesn't require finding mountains, a visit to your local park , or a leisurely walk along the beach  can provide a plethora of health benefits for body and mind.
